Sprouts Embroidery stands behind its products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with a product you have received, we will do our utmost to correct this. We will be happy to accept non-personalized items back for store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded on items being returned. Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, the wrong size or color, or if a mistake has been made in the personalization. These items will be restitched or replaced. Please be sure of spelling, letter placement within the monogram, and size required before you place an order. Items that have been personalized incorrectly because of purchaser error are not returnable. If the item is being returned due to damage, defect, or our error, we will make arrangements for the return of that item at our expense.
